At Copper Blossom the flavours on our menu are bold, the ingredients are fresh. The drinks list is punchy, exciting and altogether sensational!
Key attributes required:
·A strong passion for cooking and have a keen interest in using local/fresh produce
·A can-do attitude, hands on approach in managing the kitchen team and work well under pressure
·confidence in running all aspects of the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
·Ensuring high culinary standards are met
·The ability to train and manage junior members of the team
·Great organisational skills and the ability to multitask
·Previous experience of Food Hygiene procedures as set out by HACCP
