Chef de partie/Sous chef
We are looking for a hard working, enthusiastic Chef di partie/ Sous Chef to join our team at the Royal Burgess Golfing Society. We offer competitive rate of pay dependent on experience. The right candidate should have excellent communicative skills and be able to prove that they are fully legal to work in the UK.
The job entails all aspect of Kitchen work and a food hygiene certificate is essential. A good knowledge of each section of the kitchen would be beneficial. The right candidate must be able to work fast under pressure.
We are located 20 minutes from Edinburgh city centre and this must be taken into consideration before applying.The salary is based on 40/45 hrs a week with 2 days off. This position is permanent.
