Highland Oilfield Services Group are currently looking for an HR Assistant to join our Team.

The HR Assistant will support the HR team to deliver excellent service to the business. You'll be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including a core of:

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources
  • Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Assist Coordinate HR Projects
  • Coordinate communication with candidates
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Knowledge / Experience of certification requirements for mobilising Offshore Personnel (Nationally & Internationally)
  • PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
  • Hands on experience
  • Familiarity with databases
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
