My Client one of the UK's premier specialist residential and educational service providers for children and young people with Emotional, Behavioural and Social Difficulties are seeking an excellent Childrens home manager for one of their services in Cumnock, East Ayrshire

The Company

My client is a provider of Residential Care and Educational Services for young people aged 8 - 18 years, with over 15 years' experience they support some of the most vulnerable young people across the UK. They are a national organisation with over 40 residences and 4 educational academy's all striving to meet the needs of young people, offering a stepping stone to a brighter future.

Registered Children's Home Manager

Cumnock, East Ayrshire

  • £3600 annual bonus payment per home, paid monthly

Who You Are:

  • Qualified to, or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Young People
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Ability to lead, engage, motivate & inspire to create a great team spirit
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving skills
  • Drive, resilience, compassion and perseverance
  • Full UK driving license is essential
