Site Manager required for large housing refurbishment project
Your new company
You will be working for one of the UK's leading construction companies who are currently delivering a large scale social housing refurbishment and maintenance project. This nationwide organisation is growing its management team in the north in order to help deliver this large program of works and needs experienced site manager to help with its on site delivery.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the management of gas and heating replacements across multiple social housing sites in the Aberdeenshire area. you will manage teams of operatives as well as sub-contractors working on your sites. You will also be responsible for ensuring the project runs on program and health and safety is adheres to at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally come from a trades background, preferably a plumbing and heating background as well as having all your relevant management tickets. The right candidate will have had exposure to working in occupied environments or in social housing or with housing associations. You will be a strong communicator, a good man manager and have good local connections with various sub-contractors.
