Mac & Wild are looking for a great chef to join the team at our newly opened restaurant at Falls of Shin.
You’ll be cooking with some of the worlds best produce - most of which grows on our very doorstep! All of our venison is wild and comes from my family.
We believe in “extreme traceability” and name each supplier on our menu - we even name the breed of venison you’re eating and person who hunted it.
We want to portray a modern and progressive Scotland and the food we cook should reflect that.
Looking for a Sous Chef to support our Head Chef. Ideally you’ll have experience pickling, fermenting, smoking and must have good knowledge of working with fresh produce.
We’ve got very sociable hours! The cafe is open from 10am-5pm, 7 days a week and the restaurant is only open 2 nights, Friday and Saturday.
Happy to take the right candidate hunting and fishing if they’d choose to. And will enable any training where applicable.
