An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Apprentice to join a large training and healthcare provider. To complement their growth plans they would love to hire an additional member of staff to join and assist their busy Admin team. They are seeking a confident and motivated individual to develop and progress within the business.


You will have the opportunity to work for a well-established healthcare training provider - rapidly expanding they need additional resource to assist them. Based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre, there is direct access to local transport links and food outlets.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Meeting and greeting on Reception directing those in for travel clinic and training to correct place

  • Handling enquiries and answering incoming calls

  • Receiving deliveries and parcels

  • Assisting with mail merge and posting out letters

  • Filing and scanning of clinic notes

  • Inputting all transactions on to system at end of the day

  • Assisting other departments with workload

  • Using Microsoft packages and companies CRM system

  • Diary management

  • Booking accommodation and transport

  • General administrative duties



Required Skills:



  • As first point of contact for clients and delegates you must be a confident and polite individual

  • You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with sharp attention to detail

  • An outgoing individual capable of working in a professional environment

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to work on your own initiative with a desire to progress

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Someone with an enthusiastic, can do attitude



Qualifications


You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.



Additional Information:



  • Monday - Friday, 1 rotational Saturday shift every 2/3 months with week day off

  • 8.30am - 5.00pm

  • £10000
