Manpower UK is currently recruiting for a receptionist to work in one of Edinburgh's leading Estate Agents who are based directly in the heart of the city centre.
Working within a contemporary and vibrant atmosphere your main duties will be:
- The first point of contact for all customers, residents and maintenance companies.
- To consistently deliver on all related aspects of effective customer service, providing good administration support and effective call handling in line with the company ethos and the service delivery and contractual promise to all points of contact.
- Provide administration support to the team and across the business as required including filing, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, customer call handling and phone calls which may include taking notes of interests.
- Responsible for allocating keys for properties that are let out to the maintenance team.
Reception and administration experience is essential although estate agency reception experience is desirable. You must have working knowledge of word, excel and outlook. Drivers licence would be beneficial.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm.
