What’s the job?
We have two fantastic opportunities for experienced L&D professionals to join our team, one on a permanent basis and one fixed term for 12 months.
In this role you will be working with senior management in your assigned business area, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of their learning strategy. Operating as part of The Learning Academy you will define and deliver/source the learning solutions that will help drive performance and help your client achieve its goals. Work activity in this area may also include professional development of staff in line with industry practices or new technologies
How do I apply?
You must have experience in L&D role at Officer level or equivalent, with a degree or professional qualification in Learning & Development. Furthermore you will possess knowledge of learning & development processes and practices including emerging trends. You will possess strong business partnering skills, (including relationship building, influencing, negotiation, assertiveness, self-awareness and comfort around higher management) with proven ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations.
