Service Desk Engineer

My client is a multinational manufacturer of medicinal products, with over 7000 staff worldwide.

Your new role

As a Service desk engineer, you will be the first point of contact for around 30 office users and 150+ more remote users. You will enjoy helping customers resolve their issues as well as gaining experience working with servers, networking and a range of technologies.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience with basic administration, configuration and maintenance of Cisco appliances, VMware, Exchange and Active Directory. This will ideally have been gained in a Windows service desk environment.
