24 hours per week, salary pro rata

To provide admin support functions for Building Services working within a small team of admin assistants delivering a high quality support and customer service at KSC

You will have administrative experience, excellent communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative managing your own workload. Working to deadlines and having the ability to work under pressure, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and you must have good knowledge of IT Computer packages

  • Excellent team worker and flexible attitude
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and work under pressure to deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Discretion in handling material of a confidential/ sensitive nature
  • Excellent IT skills including extensive use of MS Office products at an advanced level and the ability to use a variety of systems/databases
  • Demonstrate a customer focussed approach
  • Educated to Higher grade level or equivalent
