We are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team here in Edinburgh.
As a Team Administrator you will be the focal point for all administration within the team you will administer contracts and time sheets, manage compliance of documentation and produce manageable data for the management team. Assisting the managers with reports and projects you will have the opportunity to build your own skills and experience too.
You will have to demonstrate experience in a fast paced administrative role where you have supported multiple stakeholders. An understanding of Microsoft office and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly is a must.
A very fast paced varied role, you will need to be pro-active and have the ability to handle a busy workload and remain calm under pressure.
