I have an exciting opportunity for an Financial Services Administrator to work with a UK Wealth Management Company in their busy Glasgowoffice

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their busy office. Your role will be to provide administrative support to the Financial Planning Team

Principal Activities
• Report preparation
• Scanning incoming/outgoing client correspondence
• Facilitate and monitor the opening of new accounts, and processing new business applications and cheques,
• Liaising directly with CAT and clients where necessary
• Compile and send client valuations, liaising with product providers and clients where necessary
• Liaising with product providers to arrange payment of pension benefits
• Updating internal databases with client information
• Investigate and resolve client related queries

Qualifications and Experience
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word & Excel
• Working towards CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.

This is an excellent opportunity for somone alreadyu working as an IFA Support to continue their journey in becoming a Paraplanner or IFA in the future.
