Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - PART TIME (20hrs in Training 4-8pm)

Training Hours - 20hrs per week is required while your in the training environment. Monday - Friday 4-8pm (8 weeks Training)

Please note we can not offer holidays within the training period.

Once your training is complete you will have the opportunity to increase or decrease your working hours with a min requirment of 16 to max 25hrs per week.

Example - Hours of Work : 4-8pm - Friday including Rotational Saturdays or 2-6pm Mon - Friday including Rotational Saturdays

START DATES: 01.10.18 & 29.10.18

The Role

Your responsibilities will include taking a variety of interesting and challenging calls, some of which include making various changes to our customer's accounts and answering complex queries whilst keeping to a first call resolution.

You'll be adaptable to change as this is key to your success as well as the growth of our business. You'll think on your feet, listen to our customers, display empathy and ensuring you meet the customer's expectation.

You will work individually, as well as being part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment where you will thrive to be the best.
