Our Role

Further to this, you'll continually keep an eye on the telecommunications and industrial controls market, ensuring we are utilising the tools available to us and exploring new and innovative ways to improve our networks. As a multi-skilled team, we will also look to you to contribute and support our Technology training plans to support our goal of continual improvement.

It is key that you can demonstrate an understanding of various telecommunications infrastructure technologies such as fibre optic cabling, data networking, multiplexers, microwave radio and ancillary site equipment.

Whilst the above is important, we also look for our employees to be excellent communicators. As such, you'll possess an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and be able to convey complex messages in an easy to understand manner. Your organisation skills will be second to none, and you will have a keen eye for detail.
