Job Title: Customer Relations Manager

Location: Perth

Salary: £36,900 - £56,500 depending on skills and experience + annual bonus

Permanent | Full Time Hours | 37 hours per week

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations, this is a crucial management role focusing on the customer journey within Home Services. The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance and continuous performance improvement in all aspects of customer experience relating to policy membership, claims and complaint management. You'll support a philosophy of customer service excellence, whilst contributing to the wider business strategy and helping to embed the right culture across the team.

Your Skills and Experience

Demonstrable experience of multi-functional leadership in a dynamic, fast paced customer service environment is desirable, as is the ability to create a positive change culture. You'll have in-depth regulatory and market awareness and a sound understanding of pricing, tariffs and discounts, SSE Energy Products and budget preparation. You'll have solid commercial acumen with the ability to identify where value can be created or destroyed. With the ability to deliver within challenging timescales, you'll build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as you challenge the "status quo", proposing imaginative, appropriate solutions and implementing innovative business improvements.
