We are on the lookout for an experienced support specialist to join a key client of mine. You'll be stepping into a 360 role which will provide a significant amount of autonomy - you'll be able to make key decisions based on your knowledge and experience. Every day will involve new challenges and opportunities to gain valuable experience.
We need someone who wants to help and support others wherever possible. You'll need to be extremely knowledgeable when it comes to systems, desktops and peripherals and be able to quickly and efficiently solve problems. What's more, you'll need to pinpoint areas for improvement which in turn will allow the business to work quicker and smarter. Lastly, you'll need to be passionate about enhancing your career. There will always be opportunities to learn and grow within this role and it's vital that you seize these opportunities.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
* Support experience within a Windows environment
* Be able to demonstrate instances where you've identified hardware failures and what you've done to rectify this
* Ability to install and test end user peripheral devices
* Confident in supporting the development and deployment of new IT projects within the business
