Our client based South of the City is looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to join their team on an on-going temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience using Sage 50 and will be eager to develop on existing/new skills.

Duties include:

  • Management of Client and Vendor accounts
  • Sales order processing from initial enquiry through to project completion
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining Client management accounts on Sage 50
  • Assist with month end financial preparation
  • Assist with logistics coordination and ensure operations calendar is kept up to date
  • Accounts reconciliation, purchase and sales ledger management, aged debtor and aged creditor reporting
  • Accurately process and file documentation
  • Receive and greet visitors, carry out visitor induction and ensure visitor log is completed
  • Answer and director telephone calls
  • Sort and distribute mail, maintain office stationary
  • General business support and office maintenance

Experience required:

  • Previous experience operating Sage 50 Professional software
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft systems, including excel, outlook, cloud and Sharepoint
  • Previous experience within a sales administration role
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
