Inbound Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for Inbound Contact Centre Advisors for our client in Glasgow City Centre.
If you are currently working in retail, hospitality or another contact centre based role, you will already have excellent customer service skills and an ability to handle tricky situations, which is ideal!
Your next role will be within a fast paced inbound contact centre, which will see you taking customer service calls from existing and new customers. One of the big benefits of this role, is that you will not be cold calling!
We are looking for people who have a real passion and drive to provide excellent customer service; this role involves a lot of customer interaction, so a very positive attitude is required. There is an extensive training program which all staff will undertake and no specific contact centre experience is required; although we do look for people who have worked in a customer service environment.
Hours of work
37.5hrs a week with flexibility required 5 out of 7 days.
