Customer Service Administrator

Your new company
You will work for a leading facilities management company.

Your new role
You will be responsible for handling client queries by email or telephone, ensuring all communications are documented correctly. You will also ensure that clients' requirements are adhered to and problem solve any issues which may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of customer files ensuring all interactions are logged, whilst identifying any errors. Finally, you will provide administrative support to both the local and regional management team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a highly organised individual with the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines.You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Moreover, you will have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleges.
