B2B Telesales Executive - 31 hours per week

£16,400 basic for just 31 hours per week, First Year OTE £22,000+

Are you an experienced outbound telesales consultant who would be interested in reducing your hours from 37.5 / 40 hours a week to just 31 hours per week, while still receiving a very generous rate of pay along with additional commission?

This is a rarely available opportunity for experienced telesales executives to reduce their working hours and enjoy a much better work/life balance with our client in Edinburgh. This is a permanent position and your starting basic salary would be £16,400 for just 31.5 hours a week (£10 an hour) and you will also be able to earn additional commission anywhere in the region of £200 - £500 a month. Working hours are 9am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, with a 3pm finish every Friday. A 45-minute lunch break and a few other 15-minute breaks a day are also included.

Your first few months in the role will be in a purely outbound new business sales function where you will learn the product, industry and the company sales processes, and later you will also be tasked with renewing and retaining existing customers who are coming to the end of their annual contract as well as also winning back recently lapsed business from clients who may have not renewed at their specific renewal time but who are still in need of the service that is absolutely essential for their business to have. This is not a hard sell at all, and people with a good level of proven B2B telesales experience would do extremely well in this role. Experienced door-to-door sales canvassers who would be interested a move to indoor / office based sales could also be suitable for this position as well.

From this starting position there is also the very real potential for you to later move upwards within the sales and account management team, and into roles that have annual on target earnings of around £26,000 which still working the same reduced hours.
