We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Huxley, a homely retreat from the bustle of our busy city.
You will find The Huxley within The Rutland Hotel in Edinburgh’s West End. We serve the finest seasonal Scottish produce, an array of beers, ales and cocktails, delivered with pride and personality.

You will have the following attributes;
·A great attitude towards your work, taking pride in what you do and showing passion, commitment and bringing positivity to the role
·A keen eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
·The ability to lead the team during service
·Responds efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
·Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
·Knowledge of current Licensing, HACCP and health & safety legislation
·Personal License holder is preferable but not essential
