As the Facilities Co-ordinator FM you will work closely with the Regional Facilities Manager to support all facilities activities. This role will provide administrative support to the Regional Facilities Manager and managing office functions including: front of house staff, security, cleaning, reception and M&E services.

This will also include assisting in the review of service charge budgets, monthly KPI scoring, raising purchase orders, compliance system administration, maintain the property audit tracker and daily office operations.

Under the supervision of the Regional Facilities Manager, you will manage all outside contractors supporting the site including maintaining KPI records and contracts, which will include cleaning, security, M&E landscaping and waste services.

You will work closely with the Regional Facilities Manager and other site staff to deliver exceptional levels of service to our client and customers, as well as liaising with appropriate suppliers and contractors to obtain service records in order to ensure compliance.

Essential experience & knowledge

·Experience of operating within a commercial environment

·Ability to liaise with people at all levels

·Ability to take responsibility and ownership

·Tenacity and a willingness to see tasks through to completion

·Strong written and verbal communication skills

·A passion for customer service and delivering outstanding results

·Ability to use computers to intermediate level for MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint


·Experience of working as part of a team in a multi-site FM environment.
