Temporary Office Manager based in Edinburgh City Centre

Your new company
You will be working for a large public sector organisation based in the City Centre of Edinburgh.

Your new role
You will be covering a period of maternity leave for 9-12 months, managing 2 members of administrative staff. Duties will include overseeing the administrative support service, delegating workloads, organising and attending team meetings, managing budgets, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, handling recruitment processes and any other ad-hoc duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced office manager with strong IT skills and have the ability to lead a team/project.

What you'll get in return
The rate of pay for this role is £14.50 per hour (37 hours per week) and offers the opportunity to work in an interesting environment for a highly reputable organisation.
