Based in Livingston, 36 hours per week, working flexi time and is fixed term until 31 January 2019.
The post holder will deliver high-quality administrative support for the Community Arts team and undertake a range of administrative/clerical duties. The postholder must also be able to maintain systems and procedures currently in place for the smooth running of the service.
Duties will include dealing with customer enquiries regarding arts grant applications, programming enquiries and venue hire enquiries; admin processes involved in requisitioning and purchasing of goods and services; managing the complaints handling and recording process; maintaining and updating service webpages; undertaking sickness absence recording. The post also involves administration support for the effective and efficient running of Linlithgow Burgh Halls. Tasks include managing the venue email inbox, responding to customer requests via email, phone, website and social media; dealing with bookings and sales and supporting venue staff to meet income targets.
