Field Sales Executive
Job title:Residential Sales Consultant
Reporting to: Residential Sales Manager
Job summary: To generate own leads in order to sell relevant home security packages and generate annual monitoring revenue (AMR).
Sell 8 new units per week.
Achieve an average of £440 OV per month.
Maintain an 80% company Smart Home penetration.
4 self-generated sales per week.
Convert minimum of 50% appointments made.
Identification of target consumer market opportunities.
Formulation of correct package for target consumer, optimising cross-selling opportunities.
Flexibility to adapt working hours to meet with customer requirements.

Engineers - To source opportunities
In order to form partnerships and gain referrals:
Tradesmen (local plumbers, electricians, glaziers and locksmiths)
Crime prevention groups
Man Guarding and Key Holding Companies
Self generate sales leads by networking, referrals and cold calling.
Lead generation - qualification of prospects in alignment with target consumer market.
Prioritise self leads to maximise new business sales opportunities.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers from initial call strategy gaining their trust and respect.
Attend potential customer premises to undertake surveys and progress sale.
Sale of home security packages including intruder, access and CCTV products through effective sales strategy.
Attend company site to process customer contracts and finalise administration relating to the contract.
Account management - maintain relationship with customer post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain referrals. Taking ownership of the customer and their issues.
Identify and progress resale opportunities for premises with existing company systems
Present the company as a credible and professional supplier of fire and security products.
Maintain knowledge of products and services and industry developments.

At least 3 years sales experience, ideally in a consumer market.
Demonstrate a successful track record of achievement in sales.
Networking with relevant groups.
Door to Door sales experience
PC literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Knowledge of the security systems industry advantageous but not essential.
Fluency in English language (both verbal and written).
English & Maths (A, B or C grades) GCSE or equivalent
Educated to A level standard (A, B or C grades) or equivalent (desirable)
