Reed are working with a fast-paced accounts team based in Dunfermline who are looking to take on an experienced accounts assistant for an initial 12 month contract with the potential to be extended longer-term.

Dealing with Sales Ledger and assisting with purchase ledger, this is an excellent chance to get well-rounded accounts experience in a well-respected organisation. The team are great and are looking for someone who will fit in, grab this opportunity and really make the most of it.

You will be responsible for:

Posting bank receipts
Matching credit card payments online to weekly sales figures
Allocating cash, cheque and credit card payments
Preparing monthly banking reconciliations of sales and receipts
Petty cash journals
Dealing with client queries
Processing credit card payments and refunds
Preparing weekly Debt Collection Files
Assisting with Purchase Ledger


Experience using Excel is essential and exposure to Sage would be beneficial.
