Financial Planning Administrator
We require a Financial Planning Administrator to support the team at our new offices in Westhill. This is a varied role and will include:
• Database administration and record keeping,
• Answering the telephone and client communications
• Preparation of paperwork in advance of client meetings
• Information gathering from providers
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail with strong written communication skills with experience of excel, word and document management skills. Experience in a financial services environment is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided. A competitive salary and benefits package are available to the right candidate.
This is a full-time position with the core hours of 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 8.30am - 2pm on Fridays. A flexible working arrangement may be considered. Please email CV by clicking APPLY
