Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Advisor
Salary: £18,872 (pro rata for part time)
Permanent | Full Time & Part Time Hours | 20-37 hours per week
Your responsibilities will include taking a variety of interesting and challenging calls, some of which include making various changes to our customer's accounts and answering complex queries whilst keeping to a first call resolution. Our call centres are open 8am - 10pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Saturday, and 10am - 5pm Sunday. Our full time Advisors work 37 hours on a variable shift pattern within these hours. To be there when our customers need us, we ask for flexibility to work up to 2 late shifts per week and weekend working is required.
Our part time Advisors work from 9.30am - 2.30pm, Monday to Friday. A small degree of flexibility could be considered with these core hours after training.

You'll work individually, as well as being part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment where you'll thrive to be the best. We have many supporting teams across Cardiff, Cumbernauld, Havant and Perth with different business areas working together. We'll ensure the customer is getting the best deals on Tariffs, Talk and Broadband, Boiler Insurance and Electrical Wiring Insurance.
