Customer Complaint Handler
Salary: Up to £22,000
Start Date: 26th November 2018
Location: Skypark, Glasgow
Shift: 40 hrs per week, shifts will be between the hours of Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00, Saturday & Sunday 09:00 - 18:00

Joining our Customer Relations team at Three UK, you'll be taking calls from customers who are looking to you to sort out their problems. You'll use your brilliant listening skills and talent for conversation to turn a complaint into praise and criticism to commendation in a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable way.

Calm and collected, encouraging and engaging, you'll listen to your customers and gain their trust, always seeking the best possible results.
