Assistant Restaurant Manager - 3 Rosette Restaurant

An exciting opportunity to work and develop in the award-winning restaurant at The Roman Camp Country House Hotel. The highest rated fine dining destination within Stirling region Four Star Gold Hotel, and AA Three Rosette accolades.

This opportunity is for an experienced HeadWaiter, Chef de Rang or Assistant Restaurant Manager with AA Rosette or Michelin Star work experience to further grow their skills in all aspects of hospitality.

The Role

You will share responsibility with the Restaurant Management team in ensuring standards of the day to day operation of our Restaurant Bar & Lounge facilities. Work with and motivate a dedicated team of staff, setting exacting standards. Take duty management control of the hotel covering Reservations and coordinate with other departments. You will help ensure customer care and satisfaction, take responsibilities for health & safety, training and licensing.

  • Hotel Duty Manager responsibilities
  • Stock and Profit control
  • Sales, Marketing & Promotion
  • Reservations
  • Customer Relations
  • Liaise with other departments including, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen & Maintenance.
  • Health & Safety
  • Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and hotel Directors
  • We have fifteen bedrooms, luxury suites, conferencing, banqueting, exclusive hire events and host spectacular weddings.

The Person

You must display an outgoing and friendly personality, be utterly focussed on customer care and pay attention to detail. Previous experience in a quality dining environment with management responsibilities essential, have in-depth knowledge of current food service and good wine knowledge.

Maintain high personal standards of presentation have an exacting work ethic, self-motivated, cope well under pressure be friendly, professional and communicate well.
