Customer Service Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Service Team based at The Contact Centre, Fraserburgh. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to deliver an excellent front-line contact service to customers of the council, and assist in the smooth running of all functions pertaining to the contact centre, service points and service delivery.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

This post has a minimum requirement of one reference which must be your current or most recent employer.
We have three positions available at the moment. Two of the positions are permanent positions and one of the positions is a fixed term with a fixed term end date of 4 November 2019.
