Are you comfortable doing a large amount of accurate data entry?

This is an immediate available role. The role will be based in a well established business in Aberdeen. We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience working with a large amount of data entry.

Duties will include:

* Data entry
* Liaising with staff and contractors
* Strong Word and Excel skills
* High volume of document management
* Supporting the office manager
* Ensure completed projects have all relevant information and documentation added on the system
* Liaising closely with the finance team

It is essential to have the confidence to interact with staff at all levels within this role, as well as being able to build relationships both internally and externally.
