A great opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services Sales support to work in a busy IFA's office in Troon.

Successful candidates will have the following skills -

Whole of market product knowledge.

Organisation and attention to detail

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven experience in a Financial Services environment, IFA preferable

Proven track record in client/customer satisfaction

Certificate in Financial Administration or equivalent or working towards this

qualification. (this is negotiable and dependant on actual experience)

Strong IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems

The candidate will be required to carry out the following duties -

Maintain the offices core systems ensuring that all tasks are carried out and completed.

Prioritise workload to ensure all activities are timely, compliant and conducted in an efficient and effective manner.

Process all business in accordance with required processes

Maintain client records in accordance with internal Compliance requirements

Maintain an awareness of, and act in accordance with, all Compliance and legislative obligations

Request policy information from third party policy providers

Coordinate and produce client valuations

Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues

Process online new business applications

Research suitable products for the financial advisers and help with their reports.

Any other tasks you may be asked to do by the office manager

Please note - you must have experience of working in an IFA to be considered for this role.
