Warehouse and Customer Assistant
Working Hours : Mon - Friday 0800 - 1730 & Every 2nd Saturday 9am- 1pm
£7.83 per hour increasing to £8.75
Taskmaster are working alongside our client based in Livingston to help them find a warehouse and customer service assistant all rolled in to one! This busy e-commerce warehouse require an operative that also has some office and customer service experience to split time between both roles. If you like a bit of variety in your working day this is the role for you!
Responsibilities and Duties
Undertaking administrative and customer service duties for our existing customer base through phone, emails, Live help and Social media.
Working as part of a team to achieve department targets as well as your own individual KPI's
Able to manage your own workflow to ensure consistency across the department
Be able to support our warehouse staff where required - processing returns, replacing stock, packing orders
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent Customer service skills ideally with telephone experience in a similar role preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
Accurate data entry skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Docs / Zendesk an advantage
Ability to work under pressure to meet SLA targets in a fast paced environment
Enthusiastic and Positive can-do attitude with willingness to learn
