Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for welcoming and greeting visitors in a busy face to face office, you will operate a switchboard and redirect calls as required, direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges. This is a short temporary position, Monday to Friday 08.30 am - 17.00.

You will be well presented with excellent communication and organisation skills.
