Aspire Scotland part of the Priory Group provides a unique community-based, living and learning environment in support of some of the most vulnerable children and young people in the country. The Aspire team assists young people aged 8 to 18 years to be fully included within the local community and ensures they have the capacity to prosper beyond Aspire Scotland in the wider post-school world.
Currently operating 7 residential services across Ayrshire with expansion of a new service opening up in West Kilbride, offering further supports to children and young people from across the United Kingdom.
Due to this expansion we are looking for the prominent post of Lead GIRFEC Practitioner to assist with the management of day to day operations within our services. Fundamental to your role will be the engagement in, and management of, each child’s plan and ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
The Lead GIRFEC Practitioner will work alongside the Residential Services Manager to instil our team with the vision and values and ensure the organisation continues to achieve its desired quality standards. You will build relationships with the children and young people and be a driving force in their journey towards achieving positive outcomes.
The successful candidate will be fully SSSC registered and hold the relevant qualifications at degree level or managerial level
