SHARED SERVICE DESK ANALYST (Fixed Term)
£18,703 - £21,852 per annum Ref: PS/IDS/044/18

In this role you will provide support & training to end users and students across SRUC as well as maintaining and creating good working relationships with staff and colleagues whilst providing a high level of customer care.
Service Desk Analysts work a pattern of early or late shifts to cover the Service Desk operating hours which are: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:30 and Friday 08:00 – 17:00.
Previous experience of working in a front-line Customer Service Centre, handling Customer enquiries is essential as is a good working knowledge of MS Office Products.
