Office Angels are working on an extremely exciting opportunity within a well established client in Dunfermline who are recruiting for a Customer Support Co-Ordinator to join their busy team!! This is a Fixed Term contract of 7 months so we are looking for someone who can commit to the remainder of the contract 100%.

Responsibilities include -

  • Monitiring of customer service inbox
  • Reporting and providing feedback to Tech department on any defected materials etc
  • Liasing with Claims Department
  • Balance and Cop-ordinate the scheduling of Customer Support Operatives
  • Responsible for co-ordinating and scheduling senior staff diaries
  • Maintain high standards of customer service whilst monitoring customer and issue handling
  • Order materials required for Customer Service Operative team
  • Process invoices and purchase orders as and when required
  • Ensuring accurate data is being pulled and recorded correctly in relevant system for all customer issues and KPI's

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer facing role
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Able to take initiative and prioritise workload efficiently

System Experience -

  • Proven experience of Microsoft Office Suite - essential
  • COINS - preferred however full training will be provided

Hours -

  • Mon - Thurs - 8.30am - 5pm
  • Fri - 8.30am - 3.30pm
