Senior Service Desk Analyst
My client is a service organisation that is amalgamating businesses and locating its IT operations and back office in Glasgow. The company is doubling in size due to a series of acquisitions and organic growth.
The opportunity is to join this transformation providing vital Senior Service Desk Analyst support in line with the organisation’s growth. As a senior member of the team you will be responsible for;
·Ensuring all new service desk processes and procedures are mapped, documented and maintained
·Coaching and developing service desk analysts
·User administration; Active Directory, Phone system
·Troubleshooting, analysing and diagnosing desktop related issues
You should be a self-starter, motivated to take on new challenges and adaptable to change. This role is suited to someone that has had experience or exposure to 2nd line support as well as extensive 1st line support experience.
Required: 5 years hands on practical technical support in multi-platform environment
Desirable: experience of hardware configuration/builds via SCCM is desirable.
