Jobs & Business Glasgow also helps to positively transform Glasgow through economic growth, with a focus on business through assisting with both the creation of start-up organisations and the growth of established non profit organisations. Other business activities include Rising Stars Childcare, the second largest provider of childcare in Glasgow, and the commercial property management of rental premises across the city.

An opportunity has arisen for 7 Administration Officers to support our property management service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for delivering administrative support to activities within the core property team, as well as directly liaising with tenants and other stakeholders both internal and external.

The postholder will be required to:
- provide a high level of administration support to staff located within JBG's commercial buildings, collate and distribute information
- record and maintain various compliance documentation
- check incoming invoices and raise appropriate purchase orders
- assist and support the property team with the enquiry process for all new tenants, advising them of relevant information about the building and thereafter the induction process and all documentation associated with this
- maintain client and company confidentiality at all times and within the boundaries of Data Protection.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate:
- strong communication skills, both oral and written
- good organisational skills and the ability to work within a demanding environment
- an ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding, with a customer centred approach to service delivery
- experience of dealing with the public both by telephone and face-to-face, with a range of people in various situations
- administration experience.

The following positions are available:
- 4 x permanent full-time posts with working hours of 35 per week, Monday - Friday
- 2 x permanent part-time posts with working hours of 20 per week, Monday - Friday
- 1 x fixed-term post offered on a fixed term basis of up to 1 year to cover a period of Maternity Leave, with working hours of 35 per week, Monday - Friday

These posts will be based at Jobs & Business Glasgow venues across Glasgow.
