Restaurant Supervisor - 3 AA Rosette Restaurant
Stafffinders are looking for a fantastic Restaurant Supervisor for a top restaurant in Ayrshire. The restaurant currently holds 3AA Rosettes. You should love working in hospitality, be people focused & be capable of delivering a truly memorable service.
Set in woodland by the coast, this hotel exudes luxury & class. From the walled gardens to the careful decoration of the hotel, everything about the hotel is first class. You’ll be working in the restaurant, providing guests with an unforgettable level of service & working within an incredibly dedicated professional team.
You should be meticulously neat & organised behind the scenes and exude professionalism and elegance in front of guests, leading your team by example.
You should have at least one year’s previous experience in Two or Three Rosette restaurants in either a Chef de Rang, Waiting Staff or similar position.
As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be taking responsibility for the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. You’ll be showing the junior members of the team what to do, getting involved in training, furthering your career prospects, delighting guests & keeping managers happy.
You will oversee orders, service and cleanliness. You should be heavily involved in service, organising the team to ensure every guest is loving every course, with a level of service that many aspire to.
The Restaurant Supervisor positions come with a salary between £19,000 & £21,000 per annum.
