Position: Stock Controller / Coffee Green Administrator
Location: Glasgow, Scotland, G5 0UL
Job type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 24 hours per week, we are flexible regarding the days / hours, however, must work on Fridays
Salary: £12,000 per annum

About the role:

The Stock Controller / Coffee Green Administrator will manage all aspects of green coffee stocks and related administration.

Responsibilities:

- Dealing directly with suppliers in relation to all deliveries to and from outside warehouse
- Maintaining the stock system and completing stock reconciliations
- Handling and roasting green coffee samples and contribution to coffee cuppings
- Maintain green stock levels at Glasgow in line with agreed target levels
- Provide 100% availability of all stock items at Glasgow at all times subject to availability at outside warehouse
- Ensure traceability documents and certifications meet relevant audit requirements
- Ensure all invoices are processed and handled promptly for payment by Finance in line with invoice due date

About you:

- Maths and English Nat 5 Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft applications
- Stock control experience
- Experience and ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships
- Able to utilise standard Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in stock management or procurement administration required
- Proven record of being able to maintain an accurate stock system
- Green coffee knowledge or genuine passion for coffee desirable
