Job Title: Tariff Delivery Coordinator

Location: Reading or Perth

Salary: £27,947 - £36,912 depending on skills and experience

Permanent | Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available | 37 hours per week

The Role

Working in the Tariff Delivery team, you'll report into the Lead Pricing Analyst and will work closely with various stakeholders throughout the business, delivering a range of energy and telecom products. You'll be involved in the generation of unit rates, delivery and testing across multiple platforms and customer fulfilment. You'll recommend improvements to the current, heavily regulated processes within the Tariff Delivery team, improving efficiency and accuracy. You'll provide solutions to pricing problems that occur during product delivery and projects, that are impacting the Pricing team.

Your Skills and Experience

You'll have experience of project management and be able to pick up new processes quickly and efficiently. An understanding of the GB Electricity and Gas retail structure and regulation would be advantageous. You'll have a good working knowledge of MS Excel and Access with the ability to formulate and manipulate data. You'll have excellent analytical skills and demonstrate problem solving skills with a strong focus on delivery within defined timescales. You should have the confidence to manage stakeholders at various levels of the business and be able to explain problems and solutions in a clear and complete method. You'll be an accurate worker with a keen eye for detail and, in addition, you should be comfortable working in a close-knit team within a fast-paced environment.
