Our Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our teams, based in Perth. In this role, you will report directly to the depot team manager and be responsible for all administrative activities within your depot base.

The administrative team across the region are responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of staff records, including timesheets, holidays and volume capturing records. The team also coordinate compliance related activities including GS Standards, Safety and training and tool records. As a member of the administration team you will play a key role in supporting our project delivery activities and provide a direct link in achieving our customer service targets of a 10/10 customer service.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you must have a basic understanding of the administrative requirements of our business and will preferably have experience of a similar role in the past. It is vital that you have a good working knowledge of IT Systems including Microsoft packages and you will be open to learning the functions of bespoke computer software programmes.
