CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
PART TIME - 30 hours per week (hours to suit)
Applications are sought for the above position to work within our East Dock Street depot.
You’ll be required to communicate with our customers, resolve their concerns on a variety of issues such as punctuality, reliability, fares; and disruptions in a quick, friendly and efficient manner. You will be required to work closely with the operations team and be an advocate of the customer in our business, always thinking how we can improve things as well as providing great service. You should be customer focussed, willing to go the extra mile, and preferably have experience of delivering excellent customer service, possess good communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to deal with peoples problems easily and produce letters to a professional standard.
