Salary: Up to £22,000 pro rata
Start Date: 14th January 2019
Location: Skypark, Glasgow
Shift: 16 hrs per week, shifts will be 3 evenings between 17:00 - 20:00 & one weekend day between 10:30 - 18:00

Joining our Customer Relations team at Three UK, you'll be taking calls from customers who are looking to you to sort out their problems. You'll use your brilliant listening skills and talent for conversation to turn a complaint into praise and criticism to commendation in a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable way.

…Are a must. It goes without saying that you'll have exceptional communication and negotiation skills. And we'd like you to be able to show us your expertise here, whether that has been gained in a call centre or another customer service environment; the key for us is that you have the aptitude to deliver. Even if you do have experience from an alternative industry, we'd love to see how you put that into action for our customers.

Most of all, you'll be calm and collected, encouraging and engaging, you'll listen to your customers and gain their trust, always seeking the best possible results. A brilliant team player, you've the ability to build good relationships with everyone you work with. Committed and confident, you'll be able to hit the ground running.
