Your new role
As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a soft services bias contract including Front of House, cleaning and housekeeping. Overseeing a team of c.30 individuals you must possess strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships. Reporting into the Account Director, this is a high profile position with great scope for longer term progression within the organisation.

The successful candidate must have strong stakeholder management skills, including strong leadership and clear communication. A natural passion for delivering 'first class' services is a must alongside a strong knowledge of soft services. H&S, financial awareness and commercial acumen are a must.
