Duties include portion control, provision of special dietary meals as directed, bookkeeping, control of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen; ensuring maintenance and security of equipment, the direction and supervision of employees within the kitchen; and operation control of service.
Adherence to budget control.
You may be asked on a daily basis to move from one establishment to another to provide cover. When not providing cover you will remain in the establishment specified in your base. Some degree of flexibility in working arrangements may be required.
You must be educated to City & Guilds 706 1 or 2 or equivalent and hold a valid Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate
Before confirming appointment, you will be required to obtain PVG Scheme Membership through Disclosure Scotland.The Individual
