Salary - Up to £21,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits

Our client is the largest life and pensions company within the UK, they currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join the team based in Edinburgh.
The main purpose of this role will be ensuring an excellent front of house experience ensuring visitors have a positive experience and also ensuring that security procedures are followed. You will be supporting the facilities function by assisting in the management of the facilities mailbox and carrying out facilities administration tasks.
You will direct calls to appropriate recipients, manage the room booking diary and will be working closely alongside the facilities assistant ensuring rooms are set up for meetings and cleared when required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills, also have the ability to work under pressure whilst setting positive standards. You will be pro-active, comfortable working individually and have experience within a front of house/receptionist role.
There is an expectation to cover different sites in Edinburgh when required within the group.
